Started when I was halfway convinced to buy — I kept wondering if the holder would be sturdy. I was worried, yeah, but their replies (sometimes late at night) eased that, they actually helped me pick the right size. It arrived fast, fits my desk and works well. Would tell friends to buy, maybe watch the price though
