Started when I was halfway convinced to buy — I kept wondering if the holder would be sturdy. I was worried, yeah, but their replies (sometimes late at night) eased that, they actually helped me pick the right size. It arrived fast, fits my desk and works well. Would tell friends to buy, maybe watch the price though
Desk win, mostly
I'm glad I bought it — fits two 27-inch monitors dead snug and looks tidy. I first spotted it on a coworker's setup and tipped my brother, so yeah, spread the word. Putting it together was pretty simple, though one part was weird/missing; chat support fixed it fast with a real person (no bot), which surprised me. Not perfect, but still worth it.
Finally a solid monitor arm
Seen this on a colleague's setup and was skeptical at first — looked bulky in photos — but I ended up ordering it. Delivery was quick, box intact, and the support team answered a small question within a day, which helped. Assembly was pretty straightforward, clamps fit my desk, monitors feel solid. I told my brother about it and he grabbed one too. Overall pretty happy; service and shipping really sold me.
Desk finally has some breathing room
the hardware lined up fine but I did have to adjust tension and retighten a couple of screws after the first day. Not a big deal, just something to note if you like to fiddle. The clamp didn't gouge or mark my desk, which was a relief after past cheap clamps that left ugly scuffs. Cable clips are included and they genuinely keep things neater, though the manual could give clearer placement tips — I ended up rerouting wires once. Using the arms day to day is pleasant: tilt, swivel and height adjustments are smooth enough and make a real difference for comfort; my neck is less annoyed now. It's not perfect — give the desk a firm nudge and you might see a small wobble — but compared to discount stands that flex a lot, this feels much better. Price felt reasonable given the build; I paid more for other models at work that didn't perform as well. Overall, functional, looks clean, a couple minor annoyances but worth it if you want more usable desk space.
Quiet and actually reliable
Halfway through the afternoon with it I realized why I needed a proper standing desk — my lower back had been nagging for months after moving offices and after a cheap replacement broke last year. Delivery was on schedule and boxes looked untouched; parts were organized. Assembly was straightforward, instructions clear, though I had to recheck one bracket — no big deal. I emailed customer service about a cable note and got a same-day reply with a photo, surprisingly fast. Motor runs quietly, four presets work, and they even included spare screws.
Finally, a stand that actually behaves
the arm tension felt a touch stiff at first and needed a couple of turns on the adjustment bolt to get right for my lighter monitors. Not a dealbreaker, just something you’ll need to tweak. Overall it makes the desk feel cleaner and the screens sit exactly where I want them. I’m not wildly hyped, but for the price this is a solid, reliable upgrade that fixed my neck issue and made working from home less annoying. If you need something sturdy and adjustable without paying premium-brand prices, this is worth a look.
