I'm happy with the paddle and cover — solid stuff and good value — but the order had hiccups. Balls were suddenly out of stock right before shipping and I got a partial refund. Delivery dragged on despite items showing in stock. Customer service handled the refund fine, but clearer stock updates and faster shipping would help.
Quick green find
I almost skipped them when I first saw the post, but a buddy sent the link and I’m glad he did. We picked up two RDR Apex S1s to replace our old paddles, partly because the Irish design story grabbed us. The St. Patrick’s Day discount helped too. Shipping was crazy fast — they arrived in about a day and a half. Nicely boxed, with a green neoprene cover, that retro wrist strap and a small cleaning rubber. First game felt great. Light and snappy, the spin surprised us. Customer support answered a quick question right away. Really pleased — fits our control-and-spin style perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.
