She wasn’t like the picture. And, having to put her legs on was a task! They didn’t add those details ( that I am aware of) on the website. Overall, she looked nothing like the picture. But, she did look realistic to me! She has the exact outfit in the picture. The packaging wasn’t the greatest. But, overall I love her soft silicone body!
Babydoll with heartbeat
The baby doll my granddaughter received was not dressed in the clothing as pictured, the dolls hair was sporadic, thin, and sticking up all over the place! I ordered a 19” doll and received a 21” doll. I ordered a babydoll with a heartbeat and did not receive this either!
Furthermore I have been in a daily battle with this company to receive a refund. I April, I immediately contacted the company and requested a return label. I was asked to send pictures, which I did. Then I was told that I didn’t need to return this babydoll..,which had my granddaughter in tears!!!! Furthermore I was told I would receive a refund within 7 business days in May! It is now mid June and I’ve still yet to receive it! I would seriously warn anyone from doing business with this company!!!!!’nNewborn Teresa
Let me start with positive. I expected 6 weeks for delivery. She got here in less and 3 weeks and was well packaged.
Her hair does look real but that’s the only thing that looks real. She very much looks plastic and fake. I purchased to practice photography with and I wanted something that looked real but was a little posable. She is posable for the the price I paid I expected it to look more realistic. I will not order from here again. The images on their website are not images of their products.Feb 8

Doll was Terrible. No silicone body like I selected. Body is hard vinyl. It’s not even the doll I chose . Doll is very ugly . Looks nothing like the picture. I will never order from here again.

The doll looked nothing like the photographs on their website. It's a cheaply made vinyl doll , the legs are not attached and it smells horrible. The company will not answer my emails. The doll is not worth $5 let alone $92
Alina reborn doll
Purchased Alina doll on Friday November 27th for $100, also they had a coupon $10 off for any purchase above $89 but they never applied it during check out. We just received the doll yesterday, the legs are disassembled from the body and the doll doesn't look anything like the doll we purchased in the picture. My daughter is so disappointed , emailed the company but as of now no response. The doll didn't even come in a box, just a plastic bag. Don't recommend this company to anyone.

Hey! So I just ordered 3 last night for my daughter and two nieces for Christmas. Though mine are mini 12 in reborn dolls. I paid a little over 100 for all 3. Im nervous now due to all the bad reviews but sometimes people slam businesses for no reasons and Im hoping thats the case ????♀️ But I have ordered Daphne, Spring and Buck I believe thats their names. Has anyone else ordered these dolls?

Not happy with this purchase AT ALL. She looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Even the bow on her head isn’t what was pictured and looks bad The legs were really hard to attach and the body parts are hard to move For the amount of money paid I expected a better quality doll. Overall, for my 3 year old, she will ADORE it. But just as much as a lower priced doll. The face and hair are so odd (for lack of a better word) I am debating whether to change her into boy's clothes. I think they are definitely more realistic than most dolls on the market but not sure it's worth the money.I have bought 2 dolls from them.At first glance their faces do look a little different than the pictures but they're well made, size newborn clothes fit them perfect. My girls loved them! I definitely feel like they were worth the money.
I purchased the Alina doll and it arrived with the legs unattached. I was unable to attach one of the legs correctly. Neither leg is moveable because they are so tight. I contacted customer service and was told this was not a defect and that I would have to return the doll at my expense to China for a refund. I will not purchase anything from this site in the future.

This is a scam .dolls are not what I ordered.just regular dolls .I ordered a boy and girl .the money I paid I could have gone to Wal-Mart got better dolls.I have been calling number they give and no one answers..

I purchased the Alina doll, it looks nothing like the doll in the website, the legs were not attached when received and each leg was a different color. The hair is a lighter brown and looks nothing like listed on the website - a total scam, and waste of money.

I knew when I ordered because of reading the reviews, I would get a good laugh and I sure did. I wish they would allow a picture. I only ordered so I could show other people who also got a good laugh. Do not waste your money.
Do not order from this store. Dolls look nothing like photos. Very disappointed. I am trying to get a refund at this time, but am getting a lot of run around back and forth. They want pictures and the whole nine yards, so I can tell this isn't going to be easy. Just don't buy a doll from this company. You can get a doll at the dollar store of the same quality and appearance.
Save yourself a big headache. The doll looks like something you buy at a local dollar store. Nothing like the picture. Quality is very cheap. Dealing with customer service was a mission in itself. Refuse to give you a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I ordered a doll on August 08, 2020 and haven’t received it. I emailed a few times and haven’t received a response. I was told on August 24, 2020 that it shipped but still haven’t received a shipping email with a tracking number. I email almost daily with zero response.
I did the same thing and they lied about sending my grand baby her doll. They are liars and scammers. I would never order anything else from them. Stay Away !! This company will NEVER REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY!!

It's a scam. The dolls sent DON"T match the picture. Heartbeat is deflective and suggested zipper to replace the battery is missing. DO NOT order from this vendor!!! While I am sending the doll & accessories back for full refund, I am not paying and keeping Visa & PayPal disputes open. This vendor must be dropped by PayPal.
