I ordered a doll on August 08, 2020 and haven’t received it. I emailed a few times and haven’t received a response. I was told on August 24, 2020 that it shipped but still haven’t received a shipping email with a tracking number. I email almost daily with zero response.
I did the same thing and they lied about sending my grand baby her doll. They are liars and scammers. I would never order anything else from them. Stay Away !! This company will NEVER REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY!!

Reborndolls shop and reborn shoppe,they are not a company.it's very similar,you must be clear.I'm sorry,ithink it's a scam,but dolls are very good ,you need choose right dolls.

amazing quality,details is perfect.
It's a scam. The dolls sent DON"T match the picture. Heartbeat is deflective and suggested zipper to replace the battery is missing. DO NOT order from this vendor!!! While I am sending the doll & accessories back for full refund, I am not paying and keeping Visa & PayPal disputes open. This vendor must be dropped by PayPal.

Ordered my daughter the baby doll Riley on July 13th just get it in mail yesterday and the doll like nothing like what I paid for the doll I got look like it could have come from the dollar store I don’t recommend this company at all my daughter had to have major surgery on July 31st and now I’m going to Rush to find her something else because she has been looking forward to this doll and for her to special needs and having to go through everything I’m not going to break her heart because this company wants to rip people off

I can say I have had a very bad experience with these people. I order June 26th it stated it was supposed to be here 8 to 15 days. I had to consistently email them about this package and its tracking information. The package finally arrived today and it looks nothing like the doll in the picture. The doll was supposed to come with a heartbeat it didn't. I will never order from these people again in the. The only thing about them that was good was the price of the doll so I guess you get what you pay for.

This doll is amazing. Only paid about $90 USD to get this doll for my daughter. Parcel was delivered 7 days after my purchase. I thought it was a $400 USD doll. Really recommend and would definitely buy from this awesome seller again!

Bentley doll
I ordered the Bentley doll from Rebornshoppe. She has green eyes and dark blonde hair. The doll I received is a boy doll with brown eyes and black hair. When I contacted Rebornshoppe to let them know, they offered me a $15 credit. When I told them this wasn't acceptable, that I wanted the doll I ordered, they told me I had been sent the doll, not by mistake, but because they are out of green eye coloring. Now I get to deal with shipping a doll back overseas, and lose out on shipping costs. I should have been contacted to see if a different doll would be acceptable BEFORE a different doll was ever sent to me. Will not order from them again.
