Saw on Insta, tipped friend—fast delivery, helpful-ish, imperfect

Finally, delivery that cared
Moved, sore back—delivery and staff helpful.
New tires, speedy delivery
Came fast, support helped — used for commuting
Small pleasant surprise
Started last week. Delivery was fast; price felt fair.
Follow-up stood out
Landing on the confirmation page, I opened the follow-up email that same afternoon—clear details, reassuring; glad it worked.
Nice find, helpful crew
Spotted the showroom online, dragged a buddy in—staff helped, I relaxed, pretty happy.
Buddy's photo convinced me
Saw it on a buddy's photo, I hesitated about build quality; bought it, doubts gone — solid bike, early delivery.
Packed better than I feared
Started worried when shipping took a week, but unpacking calmed me — bike wrapped like crazy, frame swap done quick, impressed now.
Actually helpful staff
Definitely recommend, I was doubtful at first but the rep knew their stuff, asked where I'd ride, suggested sensible extras and steered me right; really nicer experience than other shops, honestly.
Still no ride after two weeks
I still don’t have the bike — it showed up damaged. I first saw it on their website and even told a coworker to look. Support replied fast, but two weeks later no working bike yet.
Mostly good, with a snag
I liked the staff — friendly and knew their stuff, but delivery was a bit slow and the tracking info vague. Ordering site was easy though. Mark was helpful, so shoutout to him. I'd buy again but expect delays
Practical swap
My e-bike's PAS died, needed a fix for commuting. They swapped it fast; communication was straightforward — actually, the assist feels smoother now than before.
Easy buy, solid first rides
Really happy with the bike and the process, solid build and clear guidance. I ordered and financed online two weeks ago; first ride impressed me. Delivery was on time, support helpful, small setup tweak.
Gravel swap — helpful team, minor delay
Switching from my tidy road bike to a gravel rig had me stressing about stem and bar fit. Victoria at Ribble talked me through sizes over a couple messages and that helped a lot. Bike is solid for my commute and weekend dirt loops. Delivery took a touch longer than promised, but overall good.
That moment at the door
Right when the courier rang and handed me the bike, I knew it was sorted. A friend had tipped me to Ribble's chat, then Vicki handled the whole repaint — she remembered my picky asks and just did it. I was relieved, a bit impressed, and happy.
Quietly impressed
I almost talked myself out of buying this Ribble—too many blogs, too many specs—then I caved. It arrived neatly packed from overseas, bike basically perfect, just a tiny scuff on the frame I barely care about. Packing clearly does its job. Wish the assembly guide was a bit clearer, but overall happy I pulled the trigger.
Garage tinker turned win
the frame feels solid and the shifting is crisp once I tweaked the derailleur. I got stuck on one small part — my fault — so I messaged customer support; they replied fast and clear and fixed it. Now it's a real joy to ride.
Sizing worked, timing didn't
the site says 5–10 days but my dispatch date is 23 days out. I think the wait will probably be worth it and I'm a little excited to ride it, but that longer lead time should've been clear before checkout. Simple fix would be model-specific dispatch windows or a clear notice when builds take longer. Solid, helpful support, just follow-through on timelines would make this a clean five-star experience.
First real good feeling
product-wise, it mostly delivers what I wanted; assembly is doable but could be clearer; customer service handling of the voucher situation needs major improvement. I'm content with the bike itself but not with the follow-up.
