solid, warm, not overly slick — it actually feels lived-in in a good way. Customer support was easy to reach; Chloe (shoutout) answered dumb questions at odd hours and followed up. I was convinced after our first dinner with friends — everyone noticed, people lingered, and I felt pretty proud.
Finally a table that fits
solid weight, good finish, no weird smells, and the cushion sat just right — honestly felt like it wrapped my back in the sweet spot. The thing I keep coming back to is the stain-resistant finish. With two little kids around, being able to just wipe things down without worrying about a permanent ring or sticky spots has been a huge relief. Not flawless — one arm had a tiny scuff that I had to buff out, and the lead time was a bit longer than I hoped — but staff were responsive any time I asked.
