Overall pleased, though I was wary at first. I'm a repeat buyer. Their customer service handled a broken mug handle quickly. Shipping to a remote part of Europe was fast. I reported the problem by email and got a free replacement within a week. Would suggest better packaging next time.

They stack nicely, clean up easily, and the rim detail actually catches the light.
