Three weeks after I started using it, I was halfway through unboxing and froze — a couple pieces were cracked. Delivery was on time, packaging meh. Customer service made me pay return shipping and stalled, but after push they issued a partial credit. Mixed feelings.
Finally, plates I actually love
These china plates feel way sturdier than I expected. Used them for everyday meals and small dinner parties. The glaze is smooth, warms up in my hands, looks classy but not fussy. Happy I gave them a shot, really glad they fit my kitchen.
Porcelain concern, solved
Overall pleased, though I was wary at first. I'm a repeat buyer. Their customer service handled a broken mug handle quickly. Shipping to a remote part of Europe was fast. I reported the problem by email and got a free replacement within a week. Would suggest better packaging next time.
