I just bought these awesome rainbow throw pillows from this store and they are seriously the best! The colors are so bright and the material is super soft and cozy. They really make my bed look like a rainbow unicorn dreamland! Plus, the best part is that they're machine washable, so if my dog decides to drool on them, it's not a problem at all.
Custom-made throw pillows
I really regret my experience with Rosseta Home. I bought some custom throw pillows for my living room, hoping for top-notch quality and a trendy look. But what I got was way different from what they showed on their site. The fabric felt cheap and rough, the seams were messy, and the colors were way off. It felt like a waste of money and I felt like I got ripped off. When I tried talking to customer service about it, they didn't seem to care and didn't show any understanding. The whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be shopping at Rosseta Home again, that's for sure.
Duvet cover and throw pillow set
I've never been so let down by something I bought before. The duvet cover and throw pillow set I got wasn't anything like how it was shown on the website. The material was crummy and already falling apart, plus the color was way off from what I saw online. When I tried to get a return or exchange, the customer service was no help at all. They made me go through so much just to get a refund, and it took forever to process. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.

I bought some home stuff from Rosseta Home recently, and I gotta be honest, I wasn't impressed at all. The quality of the products was pretty low, and the prices were way too high for what you get. The customer service was just okay, nothing special. They took forever to respond and didn't really help much. The ordering process was a mess and had a bunch of technical problems that made it really frustrating. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it took forever for my stuff to get here, and when it finally did, it was kinda beat up. Overall, it was a letdown and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Ferryman pendants
I ordered two Ferryman Pendant lights in a teal blue. Little did I know that the pendants ship from overseas via regular mail. I ordered two pendants but got one. The color was wrong. AND the single pendant was damaged and dented in the mail.
The worst part - I have emailed the company 3 times to get a replacement or a refund and I haven't heard back from anyone! And there isn't a phone number to talk to anyone live.
I am not even sure if this is a legit company. In any case, I think I just got scammed. Would highly recommend that you don't buy from here.
