When the rug showed up I was already bracing—my three-year-old kept tripping on curled edges. The corners lifted almost 1.5 inches. I called customer service and, surprisingly, they handled it fast and offered options. Delivery was quick, but the rug needed glue or tape.
Corner win
I dragged it into the corner next to my fiddle-leaf and a couple of candles, half expecting it to look off. First few minutes I was like, hmm, not sure, but after I lit the lantern and sat down I knew — yep, totally worth it. Took a while to arrive.
Not perfect, still worth it
Worth it, despite slow shipping. The two rugs look great and are exactly what I expected for the low price — not luxury, but nice. One came a day late. The other promised next-day and took five days. Little annoying, but I’d buy again; maybe check delivery options first.
Solid but slow delivery
site promised next‑day, but it took till Thursday after a Sunday order. Disappointing on dispatch and tracking, packaging neat and padded, a small pleasant surprise.
Almost skipped this
I almost skipped this — saw it on my sister's feed and was skeptical. Asked a question and got a real person back (so nice). The rug arrived looking great, fits my studio, and yeah, you can toss it in the washer when it gets grubby — huge plus.
