Quality fitness apparel
As someone who comes back to shop here often, I gotta say, I'm always blown away by how great the fitness clothes are. They're super well-made, come in cute packaging, and the prices are totally fair. And you know what? Every time I order, the sizing is spot on and the clothes fit like a dream. Plus, the customer service is seriously amazing - they always get back to me fast and take care of any returns right away. Overall, shopping here has been a really positive experience for me and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Men’s shoes
I’ve gotten multiple pairs of shoes from Ryderwear and couldn’t be happier. Amazing fit, durable, long lasting, and outstanding customer service. I had a pair come in with the slightest rip in the leather and when I had let them know, they sent me a brand new pair, free of charge, and I didn’t have to send my old ones back. 10/10 would recommended !
Women’s gym wear
Horrible customer service as they never really reply to my enquirers.it took weeks to hear from them as if they do not want to entertain my returns enquiries!
2 Orders, havent arrive yet (since 1 month)
First order (on september) never arrived and the tracking information still shows “In process by destination carrier”. I complained on Ryderwear support so they gave me a gift card to try again.
So i used the giftcard and added some money to buy other clothes.
And the same “In process by destination carrier” message is seen since November 13th. This time Ryderwear support asked me to contact directly the Shipping provider (why me?). Very sad about this. Not sure why good Instagram influencers are OK with this product if seems like fraud.Did you finally get your package? I have yet to Recieve my shoes I bought.
Leggings
I ordered some leggings from them they were quick to charge but not a single email confirmation that received my order. Gymshark is very on top of their orders and these people are the complete opposite definite not ordering from here again
Gym wear
I'm a single mum just trying to get fit and tried to spoil myself one off. It has been 2 weeks and still no shipping confirmation. No response to my emails or direct messages on Instagram. Deleting my comments about it on their photos. Rather upset and definitely won't be buying their brand again.
placed an order with Rydereear on December 1st. I received an email on December 8th stating order update I was not forgotten and I would receive an email when my order ships. It is now the 16th with no new information.
I received an email that went out as a mass email from Ryderwear saying order products now to get by Christmas. This email came out on the 11th. How can people order on the 11th and get their products on or before Christmas and I haven't even got mine from the 1st? I have sent a total of 3 emails to them requesting an update with no response other than an automated reply stating they would get back to me within 2 days. I am so disappointed. Now I'm going out to find new Christmas presents to replace the items I order from Ruderwear.Essential premium gym wear
