First off, the only reason I gave one star is because the ladies who helped me were very nice, but the company itself was terrible. I ordered a sacred heart of Jesus medal and asked for it to be inscibed.it was the Holliday season so I made sure to order ahead of time. When the medal came a week before Christmas it had no inscription on the back. I called to complain and all they could say was the classic line "I'm Sorry".They didn't even have the decency to let me know ahead of time that they didn't do it. on top of that I couldn't get it engraved till after Christmas. I'll never buy from them again. it.
