Quantity error
I made a purchase from Scents World the other day, but I messed up and only ordered one item instead of the two I wanted. So, I contacted customer service to fix it, and they hit me with a $10 cancellation fee. It just didn't sit right with me - I mean, the product was only $7 and shipping was $5. Plus, they didn't even tell me about the fee before I bought it. It was really frustrating and I thought the fee was just plain unfair.
