HUD2 OBDII "Heads Up" LED display
I'm really disappointed with the company's lack of response to a safety issue I had with their product. I emailed them on May 23rd but didn't get any kind of acknowledgment or auto-reply, which is pretty concerning when it involves a potentially dangerous situation. When I plugged the HUD2 into the OBD socket of my 2009 Land Rover Freelander II, it seemed to work fine at first but wouldn't stay on consistently. During a test drive with the display temporarily installed, I had a scary moment when the brakes locked up. Luckily, I was able to quickly unplug the HUD and continue driving safely, but it could have been a lot worse. It's really important for products like the HUD2 to have security controls in place to prevent these kinds of risks. Even though the retailer said the display might be hard to read in bright sunlight, I found that the HUD2 worked fine in those conditions and was actually easier to see than my vehicle's speedometer. However, the display's placement was troublesome because of the power connection's length and rigidity. Overall, the lack of response to my safety concern is troubling and makes me question the company's commitment to customer safety.
Electronics accessories
I recently bought some electronics accessories from this company and honestly, it was a total mess. After I got the confirmation that the payment went through, I didn't hear anything else about my order. I tried contacting them through email and even on their Facebook page, but still got no response. It's been two whole months since I placed my order and now I'm thinking about getting my bank to reverse the transaction. Total nightmare!

4-in-1 Mounting system for Window/Dash/Vent/Console
I purchased your mounting system. I followed the instructions. The Bar on the back of the unit. The t notch broke right away. I do not recommend this product and will not purchase from this company again. I tried to reach your customer service on your web page but it kept blinking out. None of the other pages I use do this. Very frustrating and disappointed.
