Setapp has a bunch of really good apps for a pretty cheap monthly or yearly fee. They have all sorts of apps to choose from, no matter what you need. Whether you're a writer, designer, or just trying to make your life easier, Setapp has you covered. The interface is super easy to use and find what you're looking for. The best thing is that you can download the apps with just one click, saving you time and stress. Overall, Setapp is a great subscription service for apps that I totally suggest to anyone wanting good apps at a reasonable cost.
One-year subscription purchase
I bought a one-year subscription for this service not long ago. But guess what? Right after the trial period was up, my access got blocked. And let me tell you, talking to customer service was a total waste of time. They told me to try using a different browser, even though the app didn't even work in a browser. I've had enough of this nonsense, so I'm just gonna cut my losses and move on from this frustrating company.
File recovery software
The file recovery program from this service really bailed me out when my external hard drive crashed. I was able to get my files back and saved them to a new device. They suggested I sign up for a subscription to keep accessing the service. Being an older user, I struggled with the confusing interface and didn't like the file format they used, making it hard for me to access my recovered files easily.
Essential tools for Mac users
As someone who uses SetApp, I can't emphasize enough how important the tools they offer are for my everyday tasks and fun. I use Ulysses for writing papers and blog posts, and CleanMyMac keeps my computer running smoothly. These tools have really improved my overall experience. BetterTouchTool gives my touchpad more features, and Flume makes posting and checking Instagram super easy. SetApp has such a wide variety of apps that cater to all kinds of needs, which is why I think every Mac user should have it.
Setapp applications
I've been paying for Setapp services for the last 6 months and I must say they have the best applications for IOS. My subscription allowed me to access over 150 different apps, which is awesome. One thing that's phenomenal about Setapp has to be their customer support. They serve with integrity and care about their customers. I can comfortably track my macs health using iStat Menus as well as clean it using CleanMyMac X. In addition to the useful apps, I got to join a community where we share ideas on best practices to get the most from the apps and troubleshooting problems. Happy with my subscription so far.
About Setapp
Setapp is a subscription-based service launched by the Ukrainian company MacPaw Inc. in January 2017. It provides users with access to a curated collection of software and applications for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. For a monthly fee, users gain access to a varied portfolio of apps across several categories, including productivity, maintenance, creativity, and personal finance, without the need for separate purchases or subscriptions. The service aims to offer a wide range of quality apps to enhance user experience and efficiency, promoting a model where software developers receive payment based on user engagement and app usage, rather than upfront purchases.
