was unsure about size and comfort; bought it for my mom, mid-60s. She uses it daily for TV, we're glad it's comfy.
Not what we needed
I watched my 80-year-old mom try the chair for the first time and my stomach sank. She’s severely handicapped and in pain, so we called ahead, asked a lot of questions, gave measurements, the whole thing. They kept saying it would be made to her needs. Turned out the chair arrived technically "made to order" but not made for her — wrong back angle, seat too deep, stuff that matters. Delivery itself wasn't late and the movers were fine, but the product was simply off. Customer service when I called? Not helpful, and honestly a bit brusque; told us the chair is nonrefundable and that was that. We've had better luck with other suppliers who actually fit things to people, not templates. The chair does support her weight and it's okay in a basic way, but it doesn't solve her pain and now we’re stuck trying to sell it cheap. Frustrating, avoidable, and someone should be clearer at sale time. Will think twice before ordering from them again.
