Massage chair
I recently purchased a massage chair from this one store, and let me tell you, it was the absolute worst choice I could've made! To start, they refused to give me a refund when I tried to return it. On top of that, they hit me with this outrageous rerouting fee of $250. Can you believe that? I even attempted to warn others on the Better Business Bureau website, but it seems like everyone just brushed it off. Don't make the same mistake I did - steer clear of this place! It's nothing but a complete scam!

Most dishonest company we have ever dealt with. Double charged for the chair. It has been 3-1/2 months and the only help we have recieved in getting our money back is lip service. Out $1,800.

My daughter who is a nurse and lives with us, and Terry and I who are retired, literally had so much more pain after trying this. My spine and hip bones felt bruised. I couldn't sleep after use due to pain. The older kids cannot handle the pain. We tried it for a week and cannot make ourselves get back onto the chair. I am so disappointed.

For $1800.00 this a fabulous chair. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a $6,000 chair but is great for the price. Assembly was a little tricky but ok. For my wife, the leg unit was too intense for her. For me it is great. I used 2 of the paling sheet to pad the back rollers and improved the massage quite a bit. It would be nice if it massaged the neck better.
I used it 3 times the first day and once first thing the next morning and half way through the day told my wife I have more energy than I have had in 10 years. I am 81.Slabway Foot Massager
We do not have one electrical outlet we can use with such a short cord!
