Custom slipcovers for a sectional
Wow!! Their work is absolutely beautiful, and meticulous!! I am OCD, so I notice every little thing, and our new custom slipcovers are flawless! I am so grateful that I came across this company online, because this led to me purchasing new slipcovers vs. buying a whole new sectional. Our sectional is 10 years old, and has survived 2 hyperactive children and a kitten, so it was in need of a serious makeover, because other than the worn out clawed covers, it is in perfect condition. I will place the before and after photos so you can see for yourself. I would also like to mention my customer service experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you first and foremost to Evelina who assisted me every step of the way. She went ABOVE and BEYOND, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would also like to thank the entire staff who made it possible for these beautiful slipcovers to ship halfway across the country (from New York to Washington state) and into my living room. THANK YOU! ❤ I will definitely use this company again...in fact, I have already placed another order. I would refer them to anyone! Seriously, if you just came across this review, look no further, because you just found what you were looking for.
Custom Sofa Seat Cover with Zipper
Absolutely, Wow-Wow-Wow'd! On November 19, I ordered a custom zippered cover for my sofa seat online. Within minutes I received a very courteous and professional telephone call from a representative of the SlipCoverShop, who graciously answered all my questions and concerns listed within my online order. I was told at that time the order could be expedited so that I would have the cover before the upcoming holidays. Golly, I was in shock, this was all too good to be true compared to so many online purchases, let alone a 'custom' order. I received the cover on November 22, and it is PERFECT in every way! My thanks and appreciation to EVERYONE at the SlipCoverShop for your exceeding excellence in service and quality! SlipCoverShop you have gone above and beyond in every way! Couch slipcover
The slipcovers arrived today and they fit very well. The fabric Oatmeal twill is a very pleasing tan, almost a light yellow. It is amazing to me that these can be made just from measurements and photos. I am glad I had the back cushions as well as the seat cushions covered as it looks more professional. I am very happy with my purchase and glad to have given work to an American company during this COVID crisis. My only suggestion is that the measuring guides be revised. I found them to be confusing. I was helped by Evalina.
ready made slip cover
The slipcovers I received were of very good quality. Unfortunately they did not fit my sofa. I sent a picture of my sofa and the reply I received stated that "the ready made slipcovers are made to fit round back with round arms." I would advise you to send a picture of your furniture first to make sure that ready made would work, otherwise you will have to pay for return shipping like I need to. The company seems like they are easy to work with.
Futon cover
I have received a wrong product of which they want me to pay for return shipping label. Product costs $99 which gives you automatic free shipping. When you have to return the product (because of their mistake) they claim that they will deduct shipping fees from the total. So is the futon cover $99 with free shipping or it is cheaper and shipping is included and they make it sound that they offering free? However you see it, once you purchase something from these people you are stuck with it. They will CHARGE YOU even for returns. Enjoy!
thirteen box cushion covers
We were going to have some outdoor furniture upholstered but it was cost prohibitive. Then, we started looking at new outdoor furniture which is very expensive. Then, we found slipcovers.com. The quality of the material and workmanship are excellent. Also, it saved us THOUSANDS! We couldn't be happier.
3 slip covers and a pillow cover for outdoors
I ordered three covers for outdoor furniture. The fabric was not waterproof and the cushions of my furniture got soaked and grew mold. Close to two thousand dollars of damage including the price I paid for the outdoor covers. When I shared my complaint with the company, they just said, "they are water resistant, not water proof". Needless to say, I will never purchase anything from this company again. If you need anything for the outdoors, save your money. Do not purchase from this company. They don't care about their customers.
