I recently bought a pocket knife from this store, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The first knife they sent me was messed up, and when I reached out to customer service, they sent me a replacement that was also damaged. This happened two more times before I gave up on getting a good knife. And when I tried to talk to the higher-ups about it, they treated me poorly and didn't even listen to my concerns. To top it all off, I kept getting their catalog in the mail even though I tried to get off their mailing list several times. It was a total joke of an experience.
