Return and refund policy for Snidel
There are times when a customer may not be satisfied with the product purchased, or maybe it was delivered with a factory defect. Snidel claims to have the optimum satisfaction of its customers at heart and as such offers a return of unsatisfied purchase within 14 days of the purchased item. For the return of products, customers are required to send an email to: info@Snidel.us and send the products to the Snidel address at 144 Orchard St. New York US 10002. It is worthy of note that, Snidel does not offer this return service for accessories and gift items purchased from its online store.
