Do not buy this device. They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee, but when you try and contact them for a RMA number, they are unreachable. I tried calling and leaving a message, I tried their online chat feature, I tried email. When they FINALLY emailed me back, they said I was beyond the 30 day window, which I was not when I first emailed them. I have found COUNTLESS similar reviews for this company. I just hope that before anyone purchases from them, they do a search for Snorple Complaints first. I wish I had.

When trying to form the device to my mouth, it began to melt.
I tried to get the melted blue part to work anyway.
It is big and too bulky for my female mouth.
I contacted the company. They have been zero help.
When I call them, it goes to voicemail, no matter the time of day.
I feel it's a bad product with terrible customer support.
They took my $74.00 and seem to be keeping it. No matter what.
