a video and a "Licence Tool" — both in .rar and the instructions were in German, which didn't help. My antivirus immediately flagged them as a severe threat and quarantined everything. That actually made me breathe easier, weirdly: glad my AV did its job and stopped me from opening sketchy files. I emailed support twice and heard nothing, no auto-reply, so I opened a dispute — no ticket number, nothing. Read other reviews afterward and felt stupid for not checking first. So my doubts before buying were justified, but at least I didn’t end up with malware. Not thrilled about the missing support or the money wasted, but relieved on the security side.

I got a coupon from Wowcher and finally made it to the site. The files downloaded fast — that was a bit of a surprise. But the license tool wouldn't open and kept saying I didn't have permission. I sent two emails, a feedback form and a support request. No reply. Feels like they took the money and disappeared. I even rebooted once. Other companies answer faster.

Almost didn't buy it
Weird start — I almost skipped it, saw the deal on Wowcher and my friend nagged me to try it. I was skeptical about buying, lots of doubts, and the checkout was messy with captcha failing. Support told me to use incognito, which I couldn't on my browser, so that was annoying. After a few tries it finally worked. So yeah, relieved and happy overall.

At first support was oddly casual—told me to reset my password and that it would be fine. There was even a readme inside the zip saying “ignore Defender,” which, yeah, set off every alarm in my brain. Long story short, the file contained a crack-ish element that shouldn’t have been there, and once I opened it my admin account got hammered — dozens of attacks in minutes and I got locked out locally and online. For someone running a business off that account, that’s terrifying.
But here’s the surprising bit that kept me from writing a totally angry rant: after the initial clueless back-and-forth, a different rep actually stayed on the line, walked me through steps, and helped escalate things properly. They coordinated with me to isolate the machine, helped get the account back, and suggested solid next steps to clean up and harden access. Not perfect, and definitely reactive, but their persistence saved me from total collapse. I guess I expected either full silence or flat-out denial; instead I got a person who didn’t bail when things got ugly.
So yeah, mixed feelings. Big red flags about shady installer content and weird vendor practices — that part is serious and should be fixed by whoever vets these products. On the flip side, the customer rep who stuck with me turned what could’ve been a disaster into a recoverable mess. If you’re buying from places that resell software like this, be extra careful: use a clean environment, scan everything, and assume you might need to fight for help. I’ve had worse and I’ve had better from other vendors, but this one taught me to double-check and appreciate the occasional human who actually helps.
