Kept checking the porch and my email, kind of annoyed. No clear delivery date, and replies were slow or none. Other stores had sent similar items weeks earlier, so that was frustrating. The piece itself is okay from across the room but close up it shows cheap finish. I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d seen it in person. Still, glad it wasn’t completely unusable. Overall a mixed bag — could be better.
Blue range win
One morning, sipping my first cup and reaching for those little blue teaspoons I’d bought in November, I noticed one handle had snapped off—ugh, of all times. I only started using them in January, and at first I was annoyed, but I emailed customer service and they replied fast and sent a replacement without any drama. That’s the exact moment I knew I’d stuck with a good brand. I use these every day for coffee and baking, honestly.
Great plates, odd policy
I first spotted these on a friend's Instagram story and, honestly, I almost didn't buy a whole 12-piece set — I was wary about the price and whether the pattern would look the same in real life. Anyway, I took the plunge and at first was pretty happy; the china looks great and delivery was quick, no complaints. Then I clumsily broke one plate and that's where things went sideways. Apparently they won't sell single replacement plates, only another full set, which felt ridiculous after I'd already spent over $200 with them. I tried emailing them twice with no real help. So my initial doubts are back, not sure I’ll be a repeat customer.

price was a “mistake,” order canceled. Felt like a shove-back into reality. They refunded promptly, which was fine, but still—advertise a price, honor it. If you’re tempted, maybe call first or be ready to be disappointed. I’d like to give them another shot, but I’m wary.

follow up, insist on tracking, and be persistent. Glad it turned out okay — relieved and thankful it worked out in the end.
