I first spotted these on a friend's Instagram story and, honestly, I almost didn't buy a whole 12-piece set — I was wary about the price and whether the pattern would look the same in real life. Anyway, I took the plunge and at first was pretty happy; the china looks great and delivery was quick, no complaints. Then I clumsily broke one plate and that's where things went sideways. Apparently they won't sell single replacement plates, only another full set, which felt ridiculous after I'd already spent over $200 with them. I tried emailing them twice with no real help. So my initial doubts are back, not sure I’ll be a repeat customer.

price was a “mistake,” order canceled. Felt like a shove-back into reality. They refunded promptly, which was fine, but still—advertise a price, honor it. If you’re tempted, maybe call first or be ready to be disappointed. I’d like to give them another shot, but I’m wary.
Stopped worrying once I opened the box
follow up, insist on tracking, and be persistent. Glad it turned out okay — relieved and thankful it worked out in the end.
