I pictured my partner sipping coffee from it on a frosty commute, which is why I ordered it on December 4. The website sent a tracking link right away, so I assumed it was all good. A few days later I checked the link and it said the shipment was "entered into the system" but that DHL never actually received the parcel. On December 12 I emailed Stanley EU asking them to investigate — no response, and there's no phone number to call, so I was stuck waiting and refreshing the page. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, so that was annoying. After a quiet couple of weeks I finally got an answer on December 26 and a refund because the shipment apparently never happened. Fine, refund accepted, but the radio silence in between was poor customer care. The product looked solid online and I would have used it daily for commuting, but the lack of communication and the missed delivery left a bad taste.
Not coming back after this
I won't be ordering from them again. I really wanted this mug for my morning coffee routine, and since my first order went smoothly I figured a repeat would be no big deal. Turns out it was. This time the package never made it to my door — tracking showed an attempted delivery and then a return to sender. I called the carrier and they said the phone number on the label was wrong and that the sender needed to fix it. They said they'd try to contact the sender, and I reached out too. After that, radio silence. No follow-up from the carrier, no reply from customer support, no refund, nothing. I opened a support ticket and got no response, so now I'm left figuring out a bank dispute. It’s annoying because I was actually happy with the item before and it would have been nice to have it for daily use. I'm grateful the first order was fine, but this whole support/delivery mess soured it. If they reach out and sort it quickly I'd reconsider, but for now I won't risk ordering again.
