I started with a basic beanie order last winter, which should have been the least complicated purchase possible. UPS lost it somewhere along the way. What bothered me wasn’t even the missing package at first; things get lost. It was that Steep and Cheap wouldn’t open a claim or ask UPS to investigate. I went back and forth through emails and a couple phone calls, mostly trying to get someone to submit the request. Eventually, someone saying he was the company president replied and offered to ship another beanie instead. I said I’d rather have the original package looked into, but he basically said they’d just send a replacement. So, okay, I accepted that.
