Grayl water bottle purchase
I recently bought some Grayl water bottles from Sunny Sports and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how everything went down. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm really happy I did. Ordering was a breeze and I liked that they kept me in the loop about my order and when it would arrive. It only took 5 business days for my order to get to me, which is pretty quick considering it had to travel across the country. The stuff I got was packed well and in great condition, showing that Sunny Sports really cares about what they're selling. I've been using my Grayl water bottles and they work perfectly, just like they said. I don't expect any issues, but if I do, I hope their customer service is as awesome as the rest of my experience. After this great experience, I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
Tactical backpack purchase
Even though I was a little wary after seeing some bad reviews, I went ahead and took a risk on buying a tactical backpack from this store because it was on sale. I wrote about my worries in the order notes, but to my surprise, the customer service team reached out to me quickly through email to help out. Ordering was easy, and I got the right backpack right on schedule, plus the customer service was top-notch. All in all, I'm happy with how things went with this store and would suggest it to other folks.
good shoes for travelling
I broke my shoes or damaged it during my trip to Japan last time . so this time i needed some good ones so it stays on its place instead of going crazy
so i bought the shoes from here when i was going for my next trip. i wear it for a quite good time and i find it really comfortable to walk
also it doesn't harm my toes either
also its just really good in wearing and i can walk freely without worrying about my feet

I just bought a backpack from this website and I had a great experience. I ordered it on a Friday night but changed my mind about the color the next day. I emailed customer support and was surprised to get a response on Sunday morning saying they'd change the color for me at no extra charge. The backpack arrived on Tuesday morning with free shipping. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend this website to others.
Ski jacket
I initially picked up the wrong size jacket, but Sunny Sports was able to fix it really fast. Now, the right one is on its way with next day shipping. Huge shoutout to Joana and the team for saving my ski trip. You guys are amazing!
Sierra Designs backpack order
I wasn't totally sure about ordering a Sierra Designs backpack from this store because I read some mixed reviews, but I decided to go for it anyway. I was a little worried about the shipping since it was going from the warehouse to Europe, but it all worked out just fine. The backpack showed up in great shape, and the packaging was basic but got the job done. I'm happy with my buy and even ended up ordering another backpack for my girlfriend.
Price matching
I had an amazing time at Sunny Sports when I asked them to match the price for a backpack I bought. They not only matched the price from another store, but also honored the match when I found a better deal on a different website, even though it was past their usual policy. Outdoor gear
I bought some outdoor gear from Sunny Sports not too long ago and the ordering part was super easy. The stuff arrived in good shape and came pretty quickly. But when I tried to return some things that didn't quite meet my standards, well, that's when things got a little tricky. I ended up getting hit with a tax credit and had to pay for shipping, which ended up taking a chunk out of my refund. This whole situation has definitely left me feeling bummed out and unsure about buying from Sunny Sports again in the future.
