Air purifier
I got this air purifier from that one place, and let me tell you, it was such a nightmare. I ended up cancelling my order because it was taking forever to ship. But you won't believe it, they still sent it out! Now I'm stuck having to pay to send it back. Plus, their customer service is just terrible, I'm still dealing with this stupid thing two weeks later. Save yourself the trouble and order from a different place. Trust me.
Damaged air conditioner
I bought an air conditioner, but it came all messed up. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were totally useless. I would recommend not buying from this company if you want things to go smoothly without any trouble.
