writes easily and feels decent for the price, and I used them for grocery lists and quick notes the first day. But the customer service was the real problem; it turned a small mistake into a bigger hassle. I wouldn't say this is the worst thing ever — the pens work — but I won't order from this seller again unless they change how they talk to customers. I wish they'd just answer emails faster and be a bit less confrontational. A polite reply and a simple return label would have fixed everything.

My recent experience with the company was a real letdown. I ordered a pack of pens and had some questions about the ink color, but no one got back to me despite my emails. It was really annoying and seemed kinda unprofessional. And when the package finally showed up, it wasn't what I wanted.
