One shoulder stretch Gazar dress - Teal

Hello this review is just to advise others when purchasing a dress from Teri Jon to be sure to return item within the time frame allotted from the date of arrival because if not you will not get a refund. A store credit was offered but the dress I purchased is not even available in my size, and since losing weight I can’t fit this dress anymore and I’m now stuck with a dress that to go alter would not be cost effective. It’s been only 2 months. I wish customer service would’ve been more understanding that the dress is brand new, unused and is unavailable in a smaller size and I can’t wait for notice of when it’ll be available because they can’t guarantee a date. I even offered to take a restocking fee off of what I paid and no compromise. So be aware! Disappointed I’m not stuck with this dress.
