Tervis is also my business partner I purchase bottles in big quantity for my small store and sell it with marginal difference.Best idea of manufacturer is I can customize it as per our choice or my customers choice.As Christmas is about to come shortly I have huge order to make bottles customize with their kids photo ,own photos or pets photos and many more.

I just got this photo tumbler with a bunch of pictures on it from your shop and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how nice it turned out. The customization tools were user-friendly and the final product was even better than I expected. The tumbler came in perfect shape and the pictures came out so clear and colorful. I use it all the time now and it's definitely my top favorite tumbler in my whole collection.
Faulty tumbler purchase
I purchased a tumbler from you all a little while ago, and honestly, it's not very good quality. The lid keeps popping off, causing leaks all the time. I attempted to get it repaired through customer service, but it was a total mess. They initially said it was under warranty, so I shipped it back, only to have an employee say I was given the wrong information. Dealing with this situation has been a major headache.
Coffee tumblers purchase
I ordered 4 coffee tumblers online and paid more for faster shipping to get them before Christmas. But they didn't come on time, even though customer service said they would. After lots of calls and delays, they finally showed up on Dec. 26th, after the holiday. When I contacted customer service again, they said they'd give me back the $10 for the expedited shipping, but I haven't gotten it yet. The whole thing was really disappointing and annoying. It seemed like they didn't care about keeping their word or fixing things.
