I had an overall excellent experience buying 2 incredible wind gongs from The Gong Shop. These are my first gongs ever, so I was especially nervous that I could not try the gongs out in person. Trey was incredibly accommodating and kind and made me video recordings of the different gong options as well as had a longer call with me and showed me the gongs on the call as well. The purchasing experience was the best I could have hoped for! Even though I live across the country, I still got to hear several gongs and pick out the one that resonated most with me. Trey even told me the frequencies the gongs rang at. This is my gong shop for any gong needs I ever have. I would not hesitate to buy here again.
I have had the gongs for several months and am very happy with my purchase. The gongs were packaged very safely and shipped well.
Also, I am a total bargain hunter and the prices at The Gong Shop beat out any other gong store prices I could find, by a large margin. Best prices and best shopping experience, and best gongs around.26 inch wind gong
Wonderful shopping experience! They were patient and ever so helpful with all of our questions. Over the course of our decision we chose a 26" wind gong and excitedly ordered early evening East Coast time. We asked could they ship overnight and to our request there was no hesitation. It arrived as promised and VERY well packaged. I would HIGHLY recommend their services and will surely direct all of our friends and family to The Gong Shop! Thanks again y'all... Happy SC customer.
