Pullman Holt Gloss Boss Mini Scrubber/Polisher #B200752
Do not buy from this company. I ordered my polisher on December 26, 2021. I initially received a message stating my product had been delivered. It never was. On January 20, 2022 I submitted a request for verification of delivery (signature). I received a response from the company. And as of February 20, 2022 no notification.
" You are correct, the item has not yet been delivered to you. However, your order is scheduled to ship on or about 1/25/22 so once it ships we will send you tracking information.

Ordered 2 for an older Bean system. When delivered they were too small. Sent email and left phone message as customer service does allow holding. Still waiting for response.
Shop vac filters and card board filter.
On March 1, 2021, ordered above items. Several days later, I questioned where was this order. On line chat. Was told they were waiting for the card board filter but had the paper ones. Was expecting the other to be in with In a few days. Would ship order and would be receiving 3-4days after shipping. A month has now passed and have not received. Contact me at email address. SOON.
