I just bought a memorial frame with an engraving from this shop, and I am beyond pleased with how it turned out. They did a fantastic job crafting the frame with the picture I wanted, and now it's a beautiful tribute to my late husband that will always stay put in our home. I really appreciate the care and detail that went into making this special piece. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
Personalized gift purchase
I had a really bad experience with this company. They said they could ship internationally, but they messed up my order and it was a huge hassle. I spent two hours on the phone trying to place my order, only to find out that shipping would cost me over $100, which was not mentioned clearly on their website. On top of that, they lost the main item I wanted to buy. The customer service team didn't offer any solutions or compensation, which was really disappointing. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone, especially if you live outside the USA.
Customized ornament engraving mix-up
I've been a loyal customer for years, always getting personalized ornaments for my kids every Christmas. But this year, my usual store closed so I decided to order online. I was super careful picking out the font, where the wording should go and all that jazz. But when it showed up, the engraving was totally on the wrong side! I tried to talk to customer service and even sent them pictures, but they wouldn't admit they messed up and fix it. It's been a letdown and ruined our family tradition. I'm done being a customer there.
