Floral dress for garden wedding
I just bought a gorgeous floral dress from this cute boutique for a wedding I went to in a garden. The dress made me feel really pretty and I got a lot of compliments on it. There were a couple small problems with my order, but the customer service team was really great. They replied to my emails fast and fixed everything. I totally suggest this boutique for their trendy clothes and awesome customer service.
hair accessories and jewelry
Hey guys, I gotta tell you, I ordered some hair accessories and jewelry from this one place and it took forever, like more than 3 weeks for it to arrive! Then they gave me my money back, but didn't cover the duties and shipping. That's really not cool. I swear, I won't be ordering from them again, not ever.
Dress purchase, dress sizing, international return policy
Hey everyone, I recently bought this really cute dress from a store that I'd rather not say, and I absolutely loved it. However, it didn't quite fit right, so I had to return it. When I got the correct size, I had to deal with the international return policy since I'm from Canada, and it wasn't ideal. I only got a portion of my money back, which made the dress much more expensive than expected. It was definitely not a cheap purchase! Now I'm hesitant to buy from them again because of the return process. Hopefully, they'll improve things for international customers going forward.
Refund request
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. I sent two emails about my refund but haven't heard back at all. It's not cool for a company, no matter how big, to take so long to respond to a customer or to give a refund for something I bought almost a month ago. The silence and slow action on my problem has got me feeling annoyed and unhappy with how things have gone.
Clothing purchase
The prices are pretty reasonable and the shipping did take a bit long, but I get it since it was going all the way to Canada. But man, the clothes weren't as great as I hoped. They look stylish and all, but they seem like they were made overseas with cheap stuff, which probably explains the low prices. Some pieces are adorable and I'm all about them, but others are like hair magnets - they just soak up lint from every human and pet in the wash. It's such a pain to get them clean that they end up being too much of a hassle to wear.
Stylish clothing
This boutique is seriously the best I've ever shopped at. The clothes are not just trendy, but really well-made, which is rare to come by nowadays. The customer service is amazing, with staff who actually care about you as a customer, not like those big companies that only care about money. I always get my stuff super fast and they package it up so nicely. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again!
My recent clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes online and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it all turned out. The quality of the clothes was top-notch, they fit just right, and they were packaged up really nicely. I also had a good experience chatting with the customer service team - they were friendly and quick to help with any questions. All in all, I've gotten a bunch of compliments on my new stuff and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.
Cute clothes
I was really excited about this store because the clothes are super cute. I bought a dress and some pants that I absolutely loved, I even got a pair for my daughter. Unfortunately, the pants were too big so I had to return them and buy a new pair, which ended up costing me $100 in total. When I wore them the second time, the pockets and side seams started coming apart. I followed all the care instructions but they still fell apart. Customer service was friendly but they couldn't do anything since the pants had already been worn. I get that it's not entirely their fault, but for $100 I was hoping for better quality. I won't be shopping here again.
Boho style clothing
I gotta tell ya, this store has the absolute best customer service I've ever come across. From the minute I placed my order to when I got my boho style clothes delivered, everything was just perfect. The stuff I got was even better than I thought it would be and goes so well with the rest of my wardrobe. I'm all about that boho style and I'm over the moon with my purchase. Actually, even my sister who doesn't usually go for the boho look was so impressed with my jumpsuit that now she wants one too! The quality of the clothes is amazing, and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Same with items like candles, votives, planters, ornaments, beauty products, and gift sets may be returned in the same condition and contents. However, items tagged as final sale are non-returnable such as intimates, seamless + bralettes, bodysuits, hats and beanie, and accessories.
