velvet and embroidery clothing
The clothes this company sells are really amazing. The velvet and embroidery are top-notch, making each piece feel fancy and unique. The styles are trendy and stylish, perfect for someone who wants to look good without putting in a ton of effort. It's nice to find a catalog that has cool pieces that aren't just for older folks. I've bought a few things from this catalog and I've been super happy with how well-made and stylish each piece is. The prices are reasonable considering the quality and craftsmanship that goes into them.
Order placed on July 16th
I bought something on July 16th and got it on July 25th. But guess what? The stuff they sent me was expired! Can you believe that? So disappointing. Now I don't plan on shopping there ever again.
171040 for $79, Flickering Arouser
Only worked for 2 months. Just stopped working. I still have the item and would love to return for refund or alternate item. It doesn't charge or anything
Sweater coat
Be careful of this company. They charged me sales tax on a clothing item that I shouldn't have been charged. When I complained they told me to contact my state representative! When I asked to speak to a supervisor he couldn't be found.
I ordered Item #171040, Inspire Flickering Arouser. It worked for about 2 months and just stopped working. It won't charge or anything. Is it too late to send back. I was excited when I received it and used it, but very disappointed because it didn't last long at all.
Turquoise kimono and blue agate necklace
The necklace was lovely and a good value. The kimono was a bit skimpy and didn’t closely resemble the catalog illustration.the kimono was canceled as being out of stock but I was not notified for quite a while. I then reordered it and it came but took almost a month to arrive.
Rowing Machine
I’m patient but I ordered the product in April and it has been sitting in the warehouse the whole time. Every time I call they tell me it’s going to ship that day. I’ve called 5 times and it’s June 29th. They won’t even refund my money and wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor. This is ridiculous, I may have to talk to my lawyer to get my money back

Ordered this cute pair of shoes but received a pair of slippers. I sent them back as an exchange. Two weeks later, the online update says the return had been received by them, but the replacement had been canceled. When I called, they could give no reason for the cancellation, but offered to sell me the boots again for $20 more. I said I wanted the same price I paid before. She then priced the boots at the price my card was charged, but added $12.99 shipping and a "priority replacement" charge, which still put the amount to $20 more than my first purchase. UGH! I wasn't going to pay more for THEIR error, and after many minutes on hold, I got the price down to the original amount I paid. I won't bother ordering from this company again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE. NOTHING LOOKS IN PERSON AS IT DID ONLINE AND THEY SEND DIFFERENT COLORS THAN YOU ORDERED AND STILL MAKE YOU PAY TO RETURN IT. CRAPPY QUALITY AND HORRIBLE “SERVICE” (if you could even begin to call it service). NOTICE: They are based in the Philippines, if that tells you anything. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!! ALSO - THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO PUT A 1 STAR RATING, which is fine for me - THEY DID NOT DESERVE ANY STARS ANYWAY!!!!!!
