the price was high, the listing looked a little sparse, and the reviews were... mixed. I almost didn’t order, honestly. Still, I needed the item and the timing worked, so I took a chance.
Order vanished into holiday limbo
So, funny story — not really funny — I needed a new induction hob because my old one started acting up right when we were moving apartments. I was nervous about ordering from a site that ships to France, but the price looked right and the reviews seemed okay, so I went ahead on June 1st. Paid with PayPal on June 3rd and then… silence. Their site said 2–4 business days to process, but after five days I had nothing. I messaged support and was told a 3‑day holiday delayed things and they'd check with logistics. Then a different rep emailed saying the order number they quoted belonged to an October 2024 order that wasn’t even under my name or email. I sent them screenshots, payment proof, the original confirmation — everything. Still waiting. My initial worries about shipping and customer care weren’t totally unwarranted, sadly. I was a little excited about replacing the hob, but that’s faded into irritation. I want to give them a chance to fix it — I’ve been patient — but being out €117 with mixed messages from support is rough. If they sort it quickly I’ll update, otherwise I’m leaning toward never ordering from them again.

I recently got this amazing kitchen gadget that has completely revolutionized my cooking routine! I've been using it for a few weeks now and it's made a huge difference. I love the manual mode the best, once I get the hang of the timing for my favorite recipes, it's going to be so easy. Plus, this thing is so efficient! This smart cooker totally blew me away. It has all these cloud recipes so I can make a ton of different dishes whenever I want. And it's so easy to use - just prep the ingredients and follow the instructions. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this smart cooker. It was such a great buy!
