My printer always seems to run low on ink at the worst possible time, usually when I’m printing school forms and shipping labels at home. I had my card company on the phone and, honestly, it was getting a little frustrating. Then I called TomatoInk and spoke with Kenneth. He was calm, friendly, and didn’t make me feel like I was doing something wrong. He explained what had happened and helped me use the information the system had already captured so the order could go through. That was such a relief. I also appreciated that they took the card verification seriously instead of just pushing the payment through. The order was processed quickly, and delivery arrived right when I needed the ink.
