Router bit returned for credit
I sent back this router bit that I never even used to get some credit through the RMA process. ToolsToday | Amana Tool let me know they got the tool back, but then weeks went by and I still didn't see the credit on my account. I had to send two emails and call them three times before I finally got the credit. Just a heads up, double-check your records if you ever have to return something to make sure you get your credit on time.
