Various stationery items
I was super pumped to check out some of the stationery stuff from this store, especially after hearing how awesome their products are. But man, my whole experience got totally messed up by the awful customer service I got. Even though I bought stuff from them, they totally left me hanging when I tried to reach out with a simple question about a return. It's so annoying to shell out money on products from a company that doesn't even care enough to answer customer questions.
House shoes
Just received my shoes and the design and fit are great. However, they are slippery on a wooden floor; think about adding something to the sole to help with that
Watercolor travel size
Bought it for 27bucks, only to find out it sells at Amazon and other craft stores like Blick's at 14 bucks.
Sigh--- can't return it bc I live far away

They do have a store in Tokyo-Japan too. According to Topdrawer Nomadism isn’t simply about being on the move but, an existence in which the things one carries directly impact their productivity, wellbeing, and even identity. Their slogan is tools for nomads. To help reduce landfills, they make products that are so durable that they’ll be handed down to future generations.
Products and Services offered by Topdrawer
Topdrawer offers products like premium bags, wallets, travel pouches, stationery, eyewear, journals and notebooks, bento boxes, water bottles, rain gear, pens, luxury eyewear, photo albums, house shoes, photo supplies, creative tools, lighters, vintage polaroid, etc. They offer free standard shipping on all orders above $35 with orders placed before 8 A.M processed on the same day. Orders are processed for 1-3 business days, once processed the order is shipped and takes 7-10 business days to arrive. Orders are not shipped or processed during weekends and national holidays. Currently, international shipments are not available. If a customer wishes to return any item purchased, it should be returned within 30 days for a refund. To qualify for a return, items must be received in original packaging and sellable conditions. Only sale items are eligible for a refund. Personalized items are not eligible for a refund. Customers should allow 3-5 days for return or exchange to be processed upon delivery to the facility. Upon receipt of items, customers are encouraged to review their items for any damage that may have occurred in transit. For any damaged items on transit contact their customer care representative via email: customerservise@Topdrawershop.com attaching a photo of the damaged items and if possible the shipping carton.
