Products and Services offered by Topdrawer
Topdrawer offers products like premium bags, wallets, travel pouches, stationery, eyewear, journals and notebooks, bento boxes, water bottles, rain gear, pens, luxury eyewear, photo albums, house shoes, photo supplies, creative tools, lighters, vintage polaroid, etc. They offer free standard shipping on all orders above $35 with orders placed before 8 A.M processed on the same day. Orders are processed for 1-3 business days, once processed the order is shipped and takes 7-10 business days to arrive. Orders are not shipped or processed during weekends and national holidays. Currently, international shipments are not available. If a customer wishes to return any item purchased, it should be returned within 30 days for a refund. To qualify for a return, items must be received in original packaging and sellable conditions. Only sale items are eligible for a refund. Personalized items are not eligible for a refund. Customers should allow 3-5 days for return or exchange to be processed upon delivery to the facility. Upon receipt of items, customers are encouraged to review their items for any damage that may have occurred in transit.
