Weirdly, I almost hung up frustrated at first — I’d bought a dresser from TOV before and loved it, so I ordered a couch and opted for white glove delivery. Then I added an extra section in a separate order and the system wouldn’t include it for white glove. Not ideal, but the rep I got, Miko, stayed with me, explained options, and actually managed to consolidate the orders and get the delivery covered like I wanted. The furniture itself is solid — the dresser’s been great and the couch looks and feels high-quality — so that helped me stick with it. It wasn’t flawless (the ordering rules are clunky), but the human side made up for it. If you’ve had bad service elsewhere, this felt refreshingly personal. Overall I’d recommend them, especially if you get someone like Miko on the line.
Delivery drag, fees, and delays
they use an outside carrier with weird availability, the crew showed up and realized the elevator wouldn’t fit a ten‑foot table, and they couldn’t get it upstairs. Now I’m being told to pay an extra two hundred bucks for extra hands and to wait another ten days — which pushes me past the original date. It’s annoying (and honestly kind of expensive), and at this point I’m wavering on keeping it because returning would hit me with a twenty percent restock fee plus return shipping. Customer service has been polite but slow, and the whole experience has been more hassle than it should. Still, the delivery ordeal soured it.
