First Order Experience
This was my first time ordering from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole process. Everything went really smoothly from the moment I placed my order to when I received it. Even though it was during the holiday season, my order arrived quickly and each item was wrapped securely for safe delivery. It was clear that the team at this company takes pride in how they package their products. And to make things even better, I got a free bonus item with my purchase, which was a nice surprise and just added to my overall experience. I'm super happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to come back as a repeat customer.
Golden Girls Mini Tikis
The delivery was really quick and the customer service was fantastic! I got some Golden Girls Mini Tikis as a gift, but two of them were messed up when they arrived. I reached out to customer service and they were so nice and accommodating. They sent me new ones right away and made sure to pack them well with extra bubble wrap so they wouldn't get damaged. I didn't have to deal with any extra charges or a hassle for returns. It was honestly the greatest customer service I've ever received! They've won me over as a lifelong fan!
Golden Girls merchandise
I just have to say how much I love the Golden Girls stuff I got from Toynk Toys. They are seriously awesome and way better than I thought they'd be. The details on each item are top-notch, and I've gotten so many compliments on them. They're bigger than I expected, which is a pleasant surprise. When I showed them to my grandma, she couldn't stop laughing at Sophia's little purse and tiki face. Any Golden Girls fan, like me, needs these items in their collection.
Gojo figurine
I was a little worried about ordering from this store because of some bad reviews, but I took a chance and bought a Gojo figurine. Turns out, the figurine was in great shape and looked totally real. The packaging was solid and the box wasn't damaged at all. Plus, the shipping was way faster than I expected which made me really happy with the whole thing. I'm really glad I went for it and I'd totally tell other collectors to check out Toynk Toys.
Halo-themed backpack for 7th grader
I recently bought a Halo-themed backpack for my son who's starting 7th grade. It meets the school's dress code, and he's really thrilled about it. Even though he's doing virtual schooling, the backpack has been a source of joy and motivation for him.
Puzzle purchase
I gotta say, the puzzle I got from here was just awesome! It showed up earlier than expected and all in one piece - that was a nice little treat. The picture on it was super cool, and all the pieces fit snug as a bug. It gave me just the right amount of brain workout - not too hard, not too easy. Plus, having that poster inside really helped me finish it up. All in all, I had a blast putting this puzzle together and I totally suggest checking out their stuff.
Super cool action figures
I found these really awesome action figures I've been wanting and they are just so cool! The price was amazing and they arrived super quickly. The only downside was that USPS took a bit longer, but that's not Toynk's fault. I'll definitely be ordering from them again since they have exactly what I'm looking for at such a good price, and the delivery is super fast.
Halo-themed backpack for a young Halo fan in 7th grade
I just bought this Halo-themed backpack for a kid who's starting 7th grade soon. He's a big fan of the game and wanted something that would also be cool with the school dress code. Even though school is online for now and he's missing out on the in-person stuff, this backpack really made his day. It's super well-made and exactly what he wanted.
Super Mario Bros NES Cartridge Flask
I ordered a Super Mario Cartridge Flask. It is awesome it looks exactly like my NES game cartridges did when I was a kid but holds alcohol! It's spill-proof and I love that it came with a tiny funnel to help with filling. Great Purchase! Delivery was as on time and as expected for the U.S. I plan to order another one for a friend for a BDAY gift in April.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe I just bought something straight from their website instead of going through eBay or Amazon! And you know what? The shipping was crazy fast! And now I'm in their rewards program, so I can earn points for discounts on my next shopping trips. How awesome is that? I totally feel like a VIP shopper now!
Awesome customer service!
I contacted their customer service a few times and let me tell you, they are always so fast, friendly, and really helpful. They fixed all my issues and gave me answers to all my questions. Seriously, their team is top-notch!
Geeki Tiki GPK ceramic mug set with trading cards and limited edition Mars Attacks SDCC exclusive PVC glow in the dark mask
Man, let me tell you, buying this stuff was a wild ride. The Geeki Tiki GPK ceramic mug set with the trading cards was awesome, exactly what I wanted. But that limited edition Mars Attacks SDCC exclusive PVC glow in the dark mask? Total letdown. It came all smashed up with a big crack in it. They packed it underneath those mugs, and it got wrecked. They really should've been more careful with the packaging. I was so bummed out that my cool new mask arrived broken.
Xbox mini fridge
I pre-ordered this item in October for delivery when it was released in December. I paid more to hope to have it before Christmas because the price was inflated for a reception before Christmas (140€ Vs 110€). mid-December, without information from customer service, I decide to contact them. they tell me that the item will leave on December 30th. Without news from them on January 6, I request a partial refund or the cancellation of my order. No response from customer service. then the next day I receive an email sending my article, except that the article will only be sent 5 days later. Added to this, there are customs fees not foreseen at the start because my purchase was on the European warehouse (37.5€). in summary : object paid 180€ instead of 100€, more than a month late for delivery and no response from customer service when requesting cancellation or a partial refund…
Pokémon TCG Booster Box
Received an opened and resealed booster box from Toynk. All 36 packs of cards were opened and resealed, price was $200. I would never risk buying anything from company again.
