service actually fixed my mess and I'm relieved — I was half expecting another runaround. I needed help because my home office Wi‑Fi was patchy (and I’m stuck working from the couch with a bad back), plus past support was useless. Wrenna walked me through the TP‑Link/Omada bridge settings step by step, patient and clear. Wi‑Fi now covers the whole place. Pretty satisfied, honestly.
Solid help, with a small snag
Very helpful overall, but not perfect. Mirei walked me through setting up the TP‑Link router and getting three Decos talking to each other. She was patient and clear, step by step, step by step (really). I use this for remote work and daily streaming, so stability matters. There was a brief hang-up mid-process that added time, but now the network's stable and I'm relieved.
