Product was great as expected. Delivery was at a snails pace for the price I had to pay for shipping. Expensive!

I have asked for a full refund including postage as your people sent the wring items, they sent 1/8" high letters but I require 5/32" tall letters for pattern work.

Small parts
Ordering on the site was quick and easy. One of the items I ordered was not the right thing. I emailed them about the problem and they had a replacement in the mail the next day. Quick delivery and great customer service.
Burlington Northern Used Locomotive
So pleased with my like new locomotive, will never buy new again. Almost perfect in every way. Of the 7 locomotives on my layout,

Honesty, it may HAVE ran well , but the E unit kept kicking in and out , unfortunately as a result it had stalled and while my hand was no where near the throttle it took off and flew of my layout and into the garage floor. Now of course it does not run at all. All other items I have bought have been excellent and as advertised. This one however made no mention of a bad E Unit. I honestly blame myself for not turning off the power as I adjust the E unit
Microscale decals
Delivery was timely, price, including shipping, was extremely reasonable. Only negative ? I would think the sheet would have faired better in a flat envelope. It came in a box and was crumpled slightly by the packing paper.
Atlas O gauge switch
I was pleased with my purchase of an O gauge switch. It was delivered promptly and in good condition. I also appreciate the additional materials (wiring and controller) that were enclosed.
Kline 42413 construction scene
Shipping a little slow and hard to track. Piece arrived well packed but an end piece broke off. Cust. Ser good and applied discount. Then I find item only partially works. Truck should move to and fro and dump. Well it doesn't dump. Decided its easier to accept as is. Win some lose some. Most on line buys good. Some not so.
