The desk arrived and the required parts do not match to put the desk together. I have been going back and forth with customer service sending pictures and attempting to explain the problem and they keep sending me a canned message that they do not understand the problem and can I send clearer pictures. I have sent over 30 pictures and I am frustrated and ready to just send the desk back and try something else.
I have experienced the exact same cluster-f*ck w their third world customer service team. They stated that this same desk that I ordered was coming by sea and would take 1-2 months to receive. I have been going back and forth via email with this immigrant from China who can't understand English. So frustrating. Im at the point where I think I lost my $323.99. Nobody can do anything about these thieves selling their garbage in the US economy. TribeSigns is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!!!
Same thing happened to me. Report it to the "FBI INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER (IC3)."
WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THSI WEBSITE. Terrible quality products. Horrendous customer service. They will do everything in their power to make you keep the product and take your money. Save yourself the headache and buy from a more reliable source.

Ordered a desk as a graduation gift for my daughter. Desk was delivered with missing parts. Emailed company and no response. Company also gave me a cheaper desk and never provided a refund. DO NOT BUY.
This is really bad, John. I am still waiting to get my refund of an item I never received (see my review below). The main issue with you is that once you request the return, they will give you thousands of inaccurate responses. Hopefully this won't be your case. We should all organize and fill a class action or report for this company. Does anybody know how we can do this?
I purchased a vanity for my daughter and the mirror came in broken. It's been days and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. The website I found for customer service issues does not exist. It's been really frustrating for me . Amazon should stop selling their products base on the reviews because we all seem to have the same problems lack of communication. They are not legit if they do not have a customer service line. I don't even know what else to try????
If I sent you guys the actual email they sent me, you wouldn't believe it. This is a company that clearly does not operate in the USA. If it does, we are in trouble. I'm out $135. So it wasn't that bad but wow. Just. Wow.

DO NOT PURCHASE - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Desk was rec'd damaged - their policy states customer does not bear shipping costs when goods are damaged - I was never provided a label or even an address to return the desk. Multiple emails asking for pictures, what the problem was, offering a replacement... They even asked me if I was interested in selling it to someone instead of returning!?!?! I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I had no confidence I would even receive a refund if they had provided an address to return. Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but none wasn't an option.
What a crock!! Ordered a vanity with missing pieces.. and the stool was not even included in the pieces that were received. Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. Missing a total of 12 freaking pieces..!! What a joke!!
Heavy duty garment rack
I purchased a garment rack and was delivered, but didn't receive it. The customer service office is remote, fast, but unable to offer courteous assistance.

Vanity Table Set w. Vanity Mirror
Positive is the website. Super great pics and convincing to purchase an item. The site says they are echo friendly furniture. Negative ordered the vanity and it arrived late, broken mirror glass, pieces do not match, cannot assemble them item because it’s missing pieces. It is very unfortunate to have gone through such horrible experience. Just be advised there is no contact number to call and it is only via email. You’ll get a reply from someone in Another country that cannot relay proper sentences in English. Possibly because of the language difference. Anyway I do not recommend this site. I suggest try a site with a “contact 1-800 number incase you have questions “. It is important to be careful with these sort of websites. They offer no live customer care rep.

This piece of garbage came with pieces that either didn't have the proper holes drilled or simply missing the holes that were needed to put it together.
Whomever runs this company needs to be located and hung from his/her neck until deceased.
6 piece patio set
This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent me a partial order. Told me it would be months before they can get the rest to me. I asked to return it, and they are requiring me to pay for the return, which is almost $300! Never buying from this company again.
