I had a big problem with my order from this company. When my order didn't ship on time, I contacted customer service multiple times over a week and a half. Sadly, I kept getting the same unhelpful response from one agent who didn't really address my concerns. Right when I was about to give up on this company completely, I decided to send one last email. Luckily, a different agent replied and was able to fix the problem. The way they handled the issue turned me from a dissatisfied customer to a loyal one. Now, every time I order from this company, I always make sure to shout out the great service that agent provided. I've even recommended this company to a bunch of friends, all of whom have had positive experiences, showing that the problem with the unhelpful agent has been sorted out.
Sub ohm vape purchase
Recently, I bought a sub ohm vape on a whim for a pretty good deal. But after a few days, I began to have doubts about my purchase. I contacted customer support, thinking they would stick to their no-refund policy. To my surprise, they processed my refund request super fast! I was so relieved and really impressed by their great customer service. It's not every day you come across a company that goes the extra mile to make their customers happy.
