    Home security system

    I bought this home security system like a year and a half ago and it was all good - the app was controlling the cameras and base station just fine. But now, the app is just not cooperating anymore and I can't see anything from the cameras. It's really annoying and I feel like I totally wasted my money on it, you know?

    Security cameras purchased 3 years ago.

    These security cameras were awesome when I got them. They did their job well and made me feel better about keeping an eye on my place. But then, out of nowhere, the company stopped helping out with any problems. Now, these cameras might as well be paperweights and I regret spending my money on something that's basically useless. I suggest thinking long and hard before buying anything from this company, 'cause you might end up stranded without any help.

    Oh man, let me tell ya, these indoor security cameras were really somethin' when I first got 'em. They blew all the other brands I'd tried outta the water. But then, without warnin', the company up and shut everything down without tellin' a soul. I was super bummed out, and now I don't trust 'em as far as I can throw 'em.

    Baby monitor purchase

    I bought a baby monitor from this one company and ran into a big problem. I waited till my baby was 4 months old to use it, but then we had a "poor connection" issue after only a week. The monitor only worked right when we were super close to the camera, which defeats the whole purpose of having a monitor. When I contacted the company for a refund, they said I didn't qualify. When I asked to speak to a manager, I got stuck talking to a machine. Their customer service really let me down, especially since the monitor is so important for keeping an eye on my baby's safety. This whole thing was a waste of my time, and I still haven't gotten a good solution to the problem.

    Dashcam purchased 3 years ago

    I wouldn't recommend buying this dashcam. I got it 3 years ago and it suddenly stopped working! Crazy, right? It's out of warranty and I feel like I wasted my money. I expected it to last longer, given how much I paid for it. Customer service didn't seem to care when I contacted them. It's pretty disappointing. Skip this product and save yourself the hassle. Believe me, you'll be sorry if you don't.

    Two SSD touch external hard drives with encryption app issue

    I just bought these two external SSD touch hard drives with an encryption app that seemed pretty good at first. But then when I updated my MacOS to Monterey, the app just couldn't seem to recognize either of the drives. So I reached out to customer service and they said they were trying to figure it out, but eventually, they admitted they weren't planning on updating the app at all. And on top of that, they wouldn't honor the extended warranty on the drives. So now I'm stuck with two drives that I can't really use. Such a dead end.

    Even though this company’s products are really good, their customer support is seriously lacking. We contacted VAVA about a sales issue, but no one got back to us even after we tried emailing and messaging on social media. It's a letdown to have awesome products but sucky support because it makes it hard to rely on them for our business. So, if you’re thinking about buying from them, it might be smart to send a support ticket first to see how quickly they respond before you commit.

    Dash Cam purchase

    I just got this new dash cam from a company and I was super pumped to give it a whirl. The camera itself seemed pretty neat, but man, the app was just terrible. I mean, seriously bad. It felt like trying to use an app designed by a kindergartener. And let me tell you, their customer support was a whole other mess. It was like banging my head against a brick wall trying to get them to understand. So frustrating!

    1080 baby camera and monitor

    The baby camera and monitor were great at first, but after a few months, the screen started to show these annoying vertical streaks. The pictures on the screen got all blurry and messed up, so now it's basically useless. I tried emailing their customer service team with pictures of the problem, but it's been 6 days and I haven't heard back from them. It's frustrating to be ignored after trying so hard to get help.
