red laser sight & holster for Springfield Armory's Hellcat
I can't review these products and their use yet, as there was a problem with the holster I ordered. It claimed to be a RH, IWB or OWB holster, but it would have ridden on the left hip only. They appear to be short-staffed ATM -- 2 emails in 2 weeks, were unacknowledged, and their phone support closes at 3pm M-F. However,
When I finally did get through to an agent, Kim, she was patient, professional, took the time to really understand the problem and worked with me until we agreed on a solution that thoroughly pleased me. It's not easy to turn a grumpy customer into a delighted customer, but she did it. If only all my calls to support at other merchants went as well...Veridian C-Series and E-Series
I want to give 5 starts to Veridian Weapons Tech, especially for Ordering, Service and Pricing.
I have previously purchased 2 C Series laser/lights and 1 E Series laser/light.
I called seeking to purchase a few replacement screws, needed to mount the laser/lights to the gun rails. I did not want to purchase a complete C-Series or E-Series tool box as the other components are not needed. I was prepared to pay.
The CSR agent, TJ, took care of my request over the phone promptly. I was not charged. The whole transaction took less than 3-4 minutes.

MCRed laser sight for Hellcat
Laser appears to be okay but recoil ejects it from the pistol. I have tightened it a couple time with no better result. Tried calling with no result and email has remained unanswered after 10 days. customer service sucks
