Sizing concern resolved
I had a little issue with sizing on an order I made, so I reached out to customer service and talked to Brandon. He got back to me fast and was super helpful in fixing the problem. Brandon made sure me they would take care of it, and I was really happy with how much he helped me out. All in all, I'm pretty pleased with the customer service I got.
Activewear Top
Great look and fit
My favorite activewear top ever! I wear it for working out, going out, and for practice singing. It's so comfortable and versatile, looks stylish but you can move so freely in it. Wolven fabric is like second skin and I'm so impressed with the quality and prints! I'd love to buy some more and add to my Wolven collection. I wear them EVERYDAY, and feel ready to conquer all my tasks and goals!Leggins
I wish I had looked at the negative reviews before ordering !! This small business has alot of customer service issues. I will never order from them again ,I don't care how cute some of there items are I'm sure there a company of liars. And I thought there items were made in America & there not , product comes from overseas , BUYERS BEWARE
Onyx Bell Bottom
These are my favorite pants ever! I’m really picky about fabrics and these are super soft. No pants are ever the right length for me and the petite length of these fits me perfect at 5’3”. Debating which print bell to buy next!
Indigo Pocket Legging
Soft yet supportive and compressive fabric, perfect pockets for your phone (or dog treats or car keys), and they’re actually long enough to hit my ankles! My waist measurements are within the medium range but I have a 29” inseam and am pretty muscular so I sized up to large to be squat-proof and they fit like they were made for me. Wishing I’d just taken a chance on buying this brand earlier, I’ve honestly never been so excited to wear pants before
Crossover leggings
Wow! I purchased these in every print/color offered. They are AMAZING. I’ve been searching for a sustainable, smaller based company and I finally found a winner! So worth the wait if they’re back ordered. Not to mention, great customer service.
Fauna Ruched Crossover Legging
I loved what this brand was all about and was excited to try the clothing ! But also felt like there was a very big possibility that it wasn’t going to be the most comfortable. And it turned out to feel amazing ! I will definitely be a regular customer ????
Aquarius Bell Bottom
These bell bottoms are so gorgeous and I love how soft they are. Wolven, ya keep slaying it. I originally got the petite S as I'm 5'5", but am in the process of exchanging them for the regular S because I want them to reach a little lower (about 1 in). So I'd rather hem the regular than have the petite always be a little shorter than I had hoped.

I love the products and wear most of what I bought but the shorts I had to return. It costs me more than the cost of the product to return them as they don't offer paid returns. I contacted the service team about this and they said there was nothing they could do as they are a small business. I received a refund which was less than the amount than I should have received and I have not had a response from them. I will not be buying from this company again. They claim they are a small business which I totally get and would love to support but when you can't even be bothered to respond to an email then I am not bothered by them.
Joggers
Well, I love the products, they are amazing, adorable and flattering. However, I am not going to support a company that treats their customers purely as sources of profit. I cannot do that in good conscious. Even worse, the company claims to be eco-friendly and speaks of purity and love, yet none of this is exhibited in their customer care. Sorely disappointed in my experience with their customer service team. If you don’t care about being a number and treated like dirt, go ahead and order. The products are awesome, so I won’t begrudge them that.
I agree the Customer Service is terrible!!!! My order also seems stuck for months now and they will not refund nor support in any way. Their useless customer service gives the same answer over and over again without seemingly even reading what I ask for. It’s horrible and I don’t know the product yet but going through such a pain to receive it is definitely not worth it! Don’t buy there!!!
Harmony Ruched Crossover Legging
I was extremely satisfied by the quality and of my Wolven set and how comfy it was overall! So happy to be apart of making sustainability sexy!! I love how you could wear this set in two different ways! I definitely recommend Wolven for yoga, hiking, swimming or even for lounging around. Thanks Wolven!!

Leggings, Reversible Top
Great concept, itchy fabric and DECEPTIVE return policy.
No return label was provided with my order, so during the pandemic I had to find a place or friend willing to print the return label. Then when I mailed the items back, USPS took a few days to scan the package and Wolven will not issue me a refund! They issued me a gift card one month after the date I shipped the items back. So they hold the customer (and USPS) liable for an unclear 15 day policy to SCAN the return package yet their own internal refund processing takes one month? No accountability.
