wood best large dragon puzzLe
Puzzle as supposed to come with stand and in a wooden box according to the website. Parts arrived inn a burlap bag, no box or stand!! When contacted the company said I misunderstood the website and offered a 10% refund (only after several attempts to get the missing items. Puzzle parts are cheap and thein. Don't waste your money!!

We purchased two puzzles from this company over Thanksgiving. It took a month for the items to arrive. Both puzzles were supposed to come in a box as described by their website, but were instead shipped in a burlap bag. I immediately e-mailed the company, who said the box was an extra fee, but there was absolutely no indication of that in the product description. It explicitly said it came with a box. Company again refused to acknowledge their error, saying I misunderstood, and offered to refund $5 without sending the item back. I told them I wanted either the boxes shipped to us, or a refund with the company paying the return shipping. They ignored my request. Tried to escalate with Paypal, but they only offered a refund if I paid for the return shipping (nearly $30 to return shipping to China).
Do not buy from this Company! They will scam you with the product, then deny responsibility and blame you instead for misunderstanding. Either something is completely getting lost in translation (something I should have picked up early on from their website grammar and descriptions) or they simply don't care once they have your hard-earned money.Wooden puzzle
I bought a puzzle as a gift. It arrived 3 weeks late and the puzzle was missing a piece. The puzzle was supposed to come in a nice wooden box, and it came in a burlap bag.
I contacted the company and told them the puzzle was missing a piece and it was missing the wooden box. They offered to refund me 5% of the cost. I requested they send me a complete puzzle with box. They offered to send me a 10% refund. What a joke.
I love the puzzle and we had fun putting it together even thought it was missing piece, but there are lots of people who sell the same puzzle. I would definitely NOT order from this company again.Wood jigsaw puzzles. Galloping horse,lion,turtle
When I viewed order it said they would be in a beautiful wooden box. It would take 8-10 days.
No boxes, cloth bags. And I received my order 3 1\2
Weeks later. Very disappointed..would not recommend to friends.
