I purchased about 7 pair of pants recently and tried to contact their Customer Service. 4 pairs of pants had rips in either the crotch or pockets. Are they using cheap thread??? They want me to mail them back to them at MY expense and MAYBE they would replace them. We are talking about $75 per pair. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I love these T's. Soft, flattering and you can dress up or down. The fit is perfect for me. I ordered a small. I'm short but broad through the shoulders. The T did not feel tight and it didn't feel too big either. Just right.
Pants shorts
I purchased a pair of pants and a pair of shorts which took about 2 1/2 weeks to ship. I tracked The progress of the shipment and was alarmed when it said unable to deliver and was returning. I’ve been trying to call customer service but you get an answering machine and no one returned the call. So far I have no product and I’m out almost $200 .
I’ve never purchased from them directly, I always do use Zappos which is great, but Zappos doesn’t carry all their styles. I do like the clothing but I will never order from them again. Now I have to reverse the charges with Discover which is a pain in the ... Please avoid purchasing from this company .looking
I am concerned about your return policy. I only purchase from online stores that have free returns. The woman who reviewed that she had to pay to return 4 pair of pants is concerning and causing me to hesitate to make a purchase. I likely won't be purchasing from this site due to this rigid policy and clothing that has holes. I won't bare the cost of a company mistake.

i bought a pair in a boutique in SC and wore them to a party and everyone there loved them so ordered a 2nd pair in white!!
