expect great items, just don't rely on the tracker, maybe message support if unsure.
Thin caps, thicker frustration
Bought these keycaps hoping to jazz up my old board — big mistake. The plastic is paper-thin, feels like toy plastic; legends don't glow through the RGB (so much for the "shine-through" bit). Putting them on was easy enough but they feel flat and hollow when you type, no satisfying clack. Asked for a refund and got hit with a pricey return label, lost original shipping and they deducted fees — felt sketchy. Had better luck with other sellers.
Almost Didn't Order
I almost didn't order — the tracking said "delivered to local carrier" for days and I was bracing for the usual mess from other shops, honestly. Then after a couple extra days it actually arrived, in good shape, and support replied quicker than I expected. Still a bit slow overall but way better than my last two experiences elsewhere. Pretty relieved I tried it.
Subtle issue, fast delivery
the legend layer isn’t translucent so my backlight doesn’t show through — not a dealbreaker, just a note. Delivery was fast — even with Lasership for the last mile in Denver it arrived a few days early. Customer service answered quickly when I asked about tracking, so happy.
